STAR WARS: What's the name of the Imperial Guard wearing white robes and carrying a gold electric staff?

It looks like a shadow guard or maybe an imperial guard but its in all white. It can be seen on the "Force Unleashed" protecting the Jedi temple with the storm troopers @ least on the Wii. What is the name of this Imperial Militia? STAR WARS
