What type of lizard should i get?

well a basilisk is going to get bigger than 1.5 feet and they are not always too keen on handleing. get an armadillo lizard then they are ok with handleing but it takes time, get a baby it'll be easier. i also recommend leopard geckos, african fat tailed geckos, and bearded dragons but they can get up to 2 feet.
