The loud Christians (shouting emoting) +the Contemporary Christian music played at high volumes turns me off.?

I'm with you. My mother is a church organist, and I grew up listening to her practice at home and the church. To me, the clical music and traditional hymns have so much more meaning than the contemporary stuff. I may be biased since I was raised by musicians, but they were also both in a jazz combo. I have a hard time feeling reverent to rock and roll or pop music. Give me Mozart, Bach, Handel, Beethoven, Haydn, and Vivaldi any day.
