I feel exploited by developers as I am a software tester. What to do ?

I am constantly looked down by the arrogant . I am always given their shitty jobs. I have too much anger at them and its ruining my once perfect life :( . I can't seem to focus and achieve the goals I set myself cause of this. And I can't stand anyone or anything related to my office anymore :(, although it was always my dream to work in this field and company.
