Cloudy eyed black moor goldfish, puffed out scales?

sorry man... it seems that ur goldfish is starting to get dropsy which can't be cured. dont try any more medicine, it wont work. bad water may result in dropsy but other disease such as cloudy eye may lead to it. i would euthanize it by freezing it so it doesnt suffer.
