HELP!!!!!! My six year old has not eaten for 2. 5 days.......? He' s refusing to eat an orange? Am I crazy

My six year old up until this point in his life has refused ANY fresh fruit, and will not eat much other than the odd carrott or mashed potato..I finally got tired and told him that he is not having ANYTHING else until he finishes this entire orange..It started the day before with watermelon..he had a mouse bite, then refused any more..Stupid me, offered him a sugar-dipped strawberry..He licked the sugar off 3x and then mulled it over for 3 hours in his room..he has been screaming, crying, crazy, in and out of his room for such bhavr. He' s back in his room and i don' t know what to do..This is so awful, but i don't want to give in..he threw up, but it was b4 another little mouse bite was in his lips..this feels so absurd..i am losing patience with him..can anyone relate. he drinks juice with oj in it, and will eat those sun-rype fruit/veg bars no prob., so it can' t be an allergy, right?!He is so frustratingly stubborn.i never thought he' d go this long!! Am i the worst mom ever?
