Will world of warcraft wrath of the lich king affect my computer with this graphics card?

My graphics card name is: Intel(R) Q35 Express chipest family and type is Intel(R) GMA 3100. my computer can run the game and it works fine no lag nothing. but will this affect my computer because i asked lots of ppl they all said it wont run it..thx
