Is there a Medical Facility anywhere in Louisville that will help my pneumonia strciken mom?

There are no doctors who have the time to spend on this website. Your mother probably had a chest x-ray at the time she was diagnosed with bronchitis. That would have told whether there was a pneumonia or not. Coughing continually is a sign of bronchitis and can last for months after an illness. Taking an over the counter cough medication regularly will help, increasing her daily water intake, running a humidifier in the bedroom where she sleeps and avoiding cigarette smoke at all costs will allow her to finally get over this.
