Are bunnies sensitive to sound?

So today I was blasting music, real loud, my entire house was shaking. I had my bunny, Pancakes, out of her cage. I went over to get my kitty, Kiki, out of Pancakes' food dish and noticed that Pancakes looked scared shitless, pardon my french. I tried to pet her and she would tweak and flop under her log house thing, her big eyes 20 times bigger. I turned the music off and she was fine. So what I'm wondering is, because bunnies have such large ears, do they have way better hearing than humans and other animals, like my kitten? Does the music sound 100 times louder to Pancakes than it would to me or Kiki? I love blasting my music once in a while, but I don't want to hurt my precious bunny's ears. :(
