Does anyone else find it funny that people take obviously ridiculous questions seriously?

I generally don't ask jokey silly questions on here but I find it funny when I read ones that are blatantly tongue-in-cheek and yet they get hundreds of serious responses! I find that amusing but also somewhat worrying because of people's total inability to understand sarcasm and cynical banter... anyone with me?
