What do I need for a future to japan?

I live in a small town in Illinois, and I dream of growing up and living in Japan. For those of you who have done this(not limited to them) how can I get there. I'm 13, so, I have a while of planing. What is a good college to and learn japanese. I would like to be a cook, but(other than the predictable teacher) what could I be. Where is a small quiet town, with in a good driving distance to the city(I like the quiet and simple life). And, of course, how much money should I save to move me and(hopefully) another to there, this includes: a regular size house; airfare; getting food till I am making income. I understand I won't leave college and just pack up and move, I will work and make money in America for awhile. I think I've gotten most everything. Sorry for typos, I am on my iPhone.
