Should I accept this trade Cabera (3rd) and Hamels (P) for A-rod (3rd)???????

No, at least counter by trying to get one of his closers if you don't want a starter. Cabrera and A-Rod are both top 10 players overall. This guy is trying to steal a pitcher from you. Counter with either Rodriguez for Cabrera straight up or that trade plus one of his pitchers. He's going to have to drop somebody anyway, unless one of his guys are on the DL. Try to figure out who he might drop. If I were you I would really go for one of his closers, a top save guy ranked at least in the top 100. If not, you may just be giving away a top starter for nothing because A-Rod is not really that big an upgrade.
