My son signed up for Army 3 yrs ago and never went, he was told it was ok back then, by army personnel ?

He now has a warrant out for his arrest by civilian police , the police are ignoring it once the served the warrant to his mother .He has called different recruiters and other army people and they all think its a crock , after 3 yrs and now they say he is AWOL from Kentucky which he never went to He is no good for military as he has no spleen had a bruised heart and broken collar bones in an accident. This was just a few months after he was supposed to go . Any Ideas
