is that bad for a 21 year old guy,like i dont look fat i just have afew wobbles which i hate! i find it hard to loose weight but i can put it on easy! my meals consist of daily- eggs on toast with bacon.(morning)gl of juice.for lunch i have tuna or cheese toasted sandwich or something like that,and for t its usually what ever. and on weekends i have junk food! i do run in the mornings. i want to get down to at least 85 kgs im about 6 ft as well. so any ideas or tips please? and is my current body weight bad for my age and height?
