How do you think you'd feel after waking up from a cryogenic freeze?

Let's pretend that science has reached the point where humans can be thawed out and brought back to life after being in a cryogenic freeze. How do you think you'd feel after waking up? Do you think you'd feel really well-rested, like after a good nap? Or, do you think you'd feel groggy and disoriented, like waking up from anesthesia?
